Standard CompCards only appear at the top if no featured CompCards exist.

A featured CompCards is a first-tier multi-CompCard that is placed at the front of the homepage and category pages. With a featured CompCard you always get one of the first places ahead of the standard CompCards. Your CompCard is marked with a premium entry and is at the top of the search results.

This refers to the maximum number of photos that you can upload and publish in your CompCard. The more photos you upload, the more attractive your CompCards will later be for your customers.
